Strolling Eluna Chair Desync

The walking animation and the scrolling animation have a miniscule difference between them, so when left on the chair for a prolonged time you can see that the two completely desync from each other. What should happen is the running and scrolling stop at the same time, but in the video you can see they're completely opposite from each other (I'd been in the chair for ~5 hours at that point).
