Bug type: Character mobility.

Brief bug summary: Specific "Vertical Jump" command does not work with sticky keys activated post "Ignition" update.

More details: Pre-Ignition update was able to execute "Vertical Jump" by pressing up arrow key twice, in succession, while holding down jump ("Sticky Keys" activated). Post-Ignition update this feature is no longer available.

Steps to reproduce: Activate "Sticky Keys" on computer. Assign jump key to "SHIFT" on keyboard. While holding down jump key, press up arrow key twice in succession.
