Stuck in a map

Server: NA Reboot/Character Name: Dawnvigo/Map: Root Abyss Colossal Root
Please help I was doing the root abyss questline and got stuck in this map. There are no quests available, the portals on either side of the map just lead back to where I am, and I have already moved past the part of the quest where you use the old town scroll. I have been stuck in this map since last night and would really like to be able to play this character again.
