Unable to see Excessively Charming questline

Level 205 Buccaneer, used event trait boost potion to increase charm to level 31. This initiated the Lana Strange Expression quest but I cannot find the Excessively Charming quest from Big Headward. This is the case even if I go to the NPC in Henesys or by using the Event or Lightbulb icons on the side bar, as well as the Quest menu search.

    You don't need the Excessively Charming quest anymore. Your Pocket slot is already unlocked.
