Bounty Portal Crash

I went into the totem knocking bounty portal and after completing it, upon teleporting to a different map I crash. I am currently unable to log onto that hyperburn character. My other characters I can log in fine, but not the hyperburn character. Everytime I try to login, I see a glimpse of the map I was supposed to teleport to after the game and I crash, Any help?

    Hi Mapler,

    I'm really sorry to hear that your hyper burning character is stuck! I know it's a few days late, but if you're still stuck after this most recent maintenance, I would suggest sending a ticket into support so they can make your character unstuck.
