"Effect" button missing from equip tab

Brief bug summary: The "Effect" button is missing from the Equip tab, it is only visible in the Cash tab.

More details: I don't know if the removal of the button was intended or not, but there are some non-cash equipment that have a visual effect that can be turned off, for example the Wings of Fate.

It's still possible to turn the effect off by going to the Cash tab, click the Effect button and return to the Equip tab, however that makes it not really intuitive, since some people may not be aware that the visual effect of Wings of Fate can be turned off.
