I claimed my 17-star Absolab weapon, but I never received it in my inventory. I claimed the other items as well and received those, but now I don't have the free weapon

    Hi Mapler,

    I'm sorry to hear that you did not actually receive your Absolab weapon box. I have not heard of this issue for other players, so at this moment I would ask for you to send a ticket into support so they can help you further.
