Having removed items in pet list crashes game

If your pet has the ignore item skill learned and you added an item that is no longer in the game in that list, opening the list will immediately crash the game. This makes modification of any items in that list impossible as we cannot remove the removed items from the list, given opening the list and trying to click on the removed item results in an immediate crash. I can tell the items were removed because they are appearing as blanks in the list.

Edit: To clarify, the items that were removed from the game were added to the list BEFORE they were removed from the game, of course. Over time as Nexon removed items from monster drop tables, apparently they also removed them from the selectable items list in this table as well, which is causing errors.
