not able to get Seruf faimiliar card

Hi team,

I've tried ~ 400 times to kill for seruf card. but I didn't get it.
Is it a bug that it won't be dropped?

    Hi GZ,

    Seruf does drop its familiar card, it's just at a low rate.

    I hope that it drops quickly for you!
