V Matrix Bug

On November 30th 6:00PM CST (Reset Time), I experienced a V Matrix bug on two separate characters. Finally obtaining a perfect trinode on two separate characters through months of grinding, I proceed to enhance the boost nodes and they successfully level up. Once I exit the enhancement UI, I scroll over to look for the perfect trinode that has successfully leveled to equip in slot, I discover that it's completely vanished from my V Matrix altogether. When I try to search for the trio in the search bar, nothing shows up. Once again, I'm experiencing this matter on two separate characters. I contacted Nexon and they refuse to compensate nor investigate this issue with the details provided without a video recording of this issue. Is there anybody else experiencing this problem?
