Brief bug summary: Hayato skill instant slice cannot be used

Steps to reproduce: Go to Auction House > Go to Sell tab > go to Decoration subtab > Disconnects after a few seconds

Character name: Fishrunfast

Character level: 235

Character job: hayato

World name: reboot

Date and time of the incident: Occurring since v.238 Ignition extreme

Hayato 5th job skill instant slice cannot be used.When i press this skill ,my mp cost,but not have action and damage. When i use instant slice after other skill ,it works.This is very strange.This bug occurred many times and now it comes back. Please fix it asap. Instant slice is the major skill for 5th job.
