I recently discovered while trying to get a certain lv 90 hat in Reboot that mobs around that lv no longer drop lv 90 equipment. It seems they only drop lv 80 or lv 100 gear. This seems only to be an issue with lv 90 gear no longer dropping and wanted to see if this is a small bug.
