[Skill] Transcendent Cygnus Blessing

Transcedent Cygnus Blessing appears twice in the skill menu. Both versions can be assigned to a hotkey but only one can be cast.
They have the exact same name and skill description, both versions show you how many charges you have left.
But only the one that shows the correct level (The one that reads "30(+5)") can be cast.
