Brief bug summary: quest [Beast Tamer] Using Scrolls is given to reboot players.

More details:
the quest tells you about scrolling (not present in reboot) and tells you to use the scroll provided (not provided) to scroll your beast tamer scepter.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a beast tamer in a reboot server.
2. get to level 40.
3. observe the quest [Beast Tamer] Using Scrolls in the quest notifier, despite playing in the reboot server.

Character name: duskfalls

Character level: 40

Character job: beast tamer

World name: EU reboot

Date and time of the incident: 8:53am cst 1/29/2023
