Neo Tokyo Meso Shop is disabled

It's a dissapointment as the Neo Tokyo Meso Shop is disabled in GMS during the Neo Tokyo event period :(

Looks like that in MapleSEA and as it was originally in Japan MapleStory - the meso shop is enabled and available, too:

That's not a secret that I wished at least to have for myself each one of Armor-Piercing Bullet and Magic Throwing Knife.
Also, it could be nice if it could be possible to have the Epic Black (Frozen) Set Box.
