Can't change eye color on specific face

On the Vibrant Explorer face, the One-Time Cosmetic Lens can't be used and comes up with an error instead. I've changed to other faces to make sure this wasn't an issue specific to my character and I can change the eye color of the other faces.IW2MCFYFRb2-87tA8_PP5g.png

I've used this face and changed the eye color before on other characters and androids, and this is a face where all of the eye colors are available which makes me believe this bug is more recent and came with Neo Tokyo.
