Phantom forest elite boss dies on 1 hit now

since the patch the elite bosses of phantom forests have way less hp than before and gets 1 shot by almost any dmg, since you are going to check phatom forest code maybe you can give some love to the masteria's legacy items, 3 years for 1 item to 22 star in average is kinda lot, lamost like a bug.
