Shining Clover Collection Tool Unavailable during the Clover Guild event.
I am unable to open my wallet and give money to this company because the Shining Clover Collection Tool is unavailable for purchase in the cash shop.
I am in the Reboot NA GMS server - hoping to have any clarification from Nexon as to why I cannot spend money to purchase the Shining Clover Collection Tool during the Clover Guild event.

I have purchased the Shining Clover Collection tool in January and December prior to February. However, I am unable to purchase the Shining Clover Collection tool. Please help, I don't understand. I want to collect clovers by killing mobs and spending money to purchase items in the Clover Shop.
