I bought a shining clover collection tool in January and the effect is expiring on Feb 1. I prepared to but another tool on Feb 2 but I noticed that the tool is unavailable from Jan 29. But I cannot buy another tool when the effect is on, which means I cannot have the effect for the entire month!
So, how can I have another tool for February?
