stuck in root abyss preq - lost old town scroll

hey i cannot continue RA prequest, dont remember what happened back then but to sum it i have no old town scroll, i forfeited the questline but did not come back in available, also not showing in 'in progress', cannot TP to RA, when clicking the preq on the boss UI it says that it has to be used in specific location

what do i do ?
