Cash Shop Overhaul

Good afternoon Nexon,

Recently, I’ve noticed that my situation around the cash shop and it crashing the entire game is getting worse and worse. The game re-scales to 800 x 640 and jumps into my upper left corner. The screen is black for a set amount of time after which it is often a 50/50 gamble if the Cash Shop opens or if the game crashes.

I am unsure if this is related to me using the Steam client instead of the stand-alone client. Or perhaps because I have MapleStory on 1920 x 1080 and set as a 64-bit client. It should not matter however.

Personally, I believe it might be time for a Cash Shop overhaul. I have not been a consistent player and am only familiar with the cash shop dating back to 2003 – 2005 as shown in this video and the current one. However, I cannot recall it crashing on me from way back then.

So, in the end I would ask of you if you would please consider reworking the Crash Shop to a more stable version. A renewed GUI is wishful, but not desired. I would highly request for there to be less crashes.
