EVEN IF YOU EQUIP LOADED DICE IN THE V MATRIX, UNLESS YOU ARE AN EXPLORER PIRATE, YOU CANNOT USE ROLL THE DICE BECAUSE THE SKILL IS MISSING FROM THE SKILL WINDOW. LIGHTNING GOD SPEAR STRIKE IS ALSO MISSING.

PLEASE FIX!
