[The Asura Crisis] questline bug

During the mission ([The Asura Crisis] An Unexpected Conversation) it is not possible to enter the portal leading towards Princess Sakuno's residence. The quest clearly leads the player towards a portal in Momijigahara 2 with a navigator. However when trying to go through the portal it says: "There is nothing to see here." in the chat and nothing happens. After declining and re-accepting the quest and after restarting the client, the portal still does not work.
