Reboot Rebirth Flames

I think it would be nice for reboot users to create the rebirth flames in the Ardentmill also! There are only so handful of it and it is hard to get except huge event times.
And it would be also be nice for both reboot and non-reboot servers to keep the Herbalism levels as it is rather than leveling down when we don't use it.
What does everyone think about this?
