My old account got hacked, someone have hacked my email, then changed the account email, how can i know that? because i had to recover that email, and when i came back to play maplestory, my account with my email "do not exist".
I opened a ticket with prints from account, my document, me, me holding my documents, a text writen by me, the name of a lot of my characters, the first email, the email that i have changed, my nx pin codes, receipts from the buy in my email, email from creation account, older support requests and answers, my birthday, my full name, my facebook, my steam that i have logged in too, my maplestory 2 character print, maplestory 2 emails, i literaly sent every single proof that its MY ACCOUNT... and i got that answer:

I hide the GM name because i don't want to embarrass anyone, i just want one thing, i just want my account back, isn't fair you work so hard for years, ok my account don't have very powerful characters, or very expensive fashions, but have things that i can't get anymore, and have the most precious thing that we have... our time!
If any GM is reading this... Please, i beg you, help me, i can send all my documents again, all my prints again, i can prove anything that you want that i prove, to prove my ownership, is my account, mine, not from a guy that stole from me, please, i beg, i just want my account back.
