Can't get rid of Jiangshi Eradication Talisman

These have been clogging my inventory for years now. I can't drop them. The incinerator in Henesys won't accept them. How do I get rid of them?

I don't currently have the quest to use them active, and fear that f I accept t anew I will just be given more talismans. How do I get rid of them?
