a lot of players have been really disappointed that there was no Pixel Pick voting which took place the last 2 years during spring. We would have loved to see a return because most of the time, the community is rather disappointed by what the Nexon employees choose for Cash Shop rotations.
1) What is Pixel Pick Voting?
Pixel Pick Voting is an event that occured 2021 and 2022, where Nexon would let the community vote for a selection of NX hairstyles, faces and NX Cash set/packages which would be released in a future update.
2) Why Nexon should hold another Pixel Pick Voting:
This was always a highly regarded event since it gave the players the feeling that Nexon actually cares about them by letting them vote for a selection of NX Cash cosmetics to be released. No offense to the Nexon employees who have been responsible for the Cash Shop rotations for the past year but players have been complaining on various platforms that cosmetic (hair, face) and cash shop rotation choices have been more than disappointing. Obviously releasing NX Cash cosmetics and items highly requested by players would increase sales.

3) What is the Style Stamp Shop?
The Style Stamp Shop is located in the Free Market map. NPC Ari let's you turn NX Cash items into Style Stamps which in return can be used to purchase NX Cash items from NPC Shiro's shop. The current selection was last updated in November 2022. Previous to that, they were much more frequent.
4) Why should you care about updating the Style Stamp Shop?
Obviously, if Nexon would
update the Style Stamp Shop more frequently with items that the community wish for then there would be more players who would purchase Premium Surprise Style Boxes (PSSB) to get items to turn them into Style Stamps. A Premium Surprise Style Box costs 3,400 NX (that's $3,4?). Let's say an item in the Style Stamp Shop ranges from 8 to 35 Style Stamps. That's 27,200 - 1119,000 NX so $27-119. That's almost just as expensive as vac pets and very beneficial to both Nexon's sales as well as the player's wishes.

5) Request for improvement:
a) please update the Style Stamp shop more frequently. Maybe every 3-4 months?
b) please reintroduce Pixel Pick Voting and do it at least twice a year?
c) please consider to hold two Pixel Pick Voting events: one for NX cash items/cosmetics that get directly released in the cash shop and one for NX items getting released into the Style Stamp Shop
Even if it's difficult for you fix server stability and bugs, please at least let the community have a say when it comes to Cash Shop related things. Thank you.
