Root Abyss bosses false flag as using Illegal Prog

edit: i renamed and moved my thread from general discussion to bug report after gathering enough info
bug persist even after re-installing the game and relaunching comp
edit 2: this started happening after today patch(forgot to mention)
edit 3: reboot server(also forgot to mention server)

Killing Pierre,Crimson Queen and Von Bon.....thats the 3 bosses i received a warning from so far(as they died)....(both on Mercedes and Demon Slayer Class it occured)
they were kill on normal difficulty

Other bosses i killed that didn't trigger a false flag: Zakum,Horntail.Arkarium, Von Leon,Magnus, Hilla
these other bosses were kill on Demon Slayer, Mercedes, Dawn Warrior, Buccaneer, Demon Avenger with no issue

in regard to Vellum i didn't get a false flag warning from him out of the 2 kill i done on him but i'am not willing to risk myself getting a ban by trying additionnal time
knowing 3 boss in that area have problem its bound to pop with him too

this need to be address ASAP b4 ppl get banned for doing those bosses
