NA to EU reboot world transfer

NA is overpopulated
EU is underpopulated

Benefits of NA transfer to EU
1)Less stress on NA servers
2) More players in different progression points in the EU server
3) EU players that started playing before the opening of the EU servers can move to EU
4) Burning on NA will be noticeably better with less people killing mobs during the night hours
and more.

Drawbacks of NA to EU world transfer
1) IGNs overlapping
Solution : Offer Name Transfer Coupon if overlap exists
2) Unknown amount of people transferring
Solution : Limit transfer to X characters at start OR "delay" transferring over a span of time that is manageable to collect data

All in all I'm aware that if it wasn't done when EU reboot opened
or during COVID it won't happen

But typing this out wouldn't hurt anyone.
