Bugged Sea Wave Activation

Just wondering if this is just affecting myself or all thunder breaker characters? Upon 5th job advancement and 10 minutes into grinding with my Thunder Breaker i notice Sea Wave stopped activating and i have not locked its activation. Relogging and stuff does not seem to make a difference (Read upon on old threads).
