I have a question regarding the support team what are these limitations they constantly speak of , Every time I run into an issue I am told , " Due to limitations in our tools " are they not able to do what is being requested or do they not know how to do what is being asked ? I am getting a bit frustrated because I think these things I am requesting are very simple requests that can be done but I may be wrong .

    It would be nice to know exactly what GMs can do in relation to problems that we have with our characters/accounts/items.
    I haven't run into anything they couldn't fix for me, but I've only had to deal with expired or accidentally sold items.

    I have had some expired item issues that they were unable to solve. An issue with a hyper burned character that i didnt level at all so i requested the burning status be taken off. I could have understood the second issue if I had leveled the character or claimed some type of rewards but accidentally burning one and havign to delete the character kinda sucked. I would have deleted it eventually but losing the legion was a bit painful

    Also ran into an issue with cube fragments on Reboot . I have them and i'm not sure what to do with them and / or why they were given to me and why they cant be used on Reboot.
