Cernium questline broken

So I've gotten in the questline where you are to fight Roland, but after the cutscene there is nothing. Quest is [Cernium (Before)] See You Around, Seren. Literally cannot get my Sacred Symbol now until this is fixed. This is extremely game breaking for anyone trying to progress.

Edit: I was finally able to get the quest to trigger again, it took a lot of going in and out of portals/hyper tele rock in.
