Events Take too long

I just noticed the Yeti week and was kinda excited when I saw the brief summary , I then proceeded to do my daily quests and noticed how long the gauge takes to fill up and was instantly disappointed by the amount of time each event takes to complete. Even collecting the stars takes a really long time to cap similar to the clovers without high drop rate.

    shall see for myself soon...about to start it...was lvling my Zero with a friend untill 45 mins ago approx

    lets see iif your claim the real deal :P ...but dang...your quick to fill complain day 1(less than 5 hours XD)

    EDIT: ok well...i got 8 activations so far(over like 3 hour).......definetly too demanding......especially if its gonna reset the next day and ask us to do it from scratch....this time i will agree with you

    here my take reduce it so it can be completed 10X within 2 hours...and 20X within 4 hours......should be more fair than 8 hours required per day

    As a high level it only takes me about 5 minutes per activation, this is just another example of an event that isn't really geared for new players.

    It would be nice if Nexon would adjust the number of mobs required to activate these skills based on the player level, doing these types of events on low levels, especially characters under 200, is an absolute nightmare.

    i'am curious whats your class,char lvl, legion lvl and orbs levels to claim its so easy to pull within 5 mins
    by orbs i mean Vanishing + Chu Chu + Lachelain + Arcana + Morass + Esfera orbs

    EDIT: also do you play solo or in group for bonus kills in biggers map ?

    at least so we can know from which perspective you speak of

    Hey you got to complain quickly for the new event so it can possibly be changed before the event ends... I am still unsure how im supposed to kill 500 mobs , get 50 perfect finishes , collect 30 nodestones .( **** drop rate )

    YES, these events arent made with average players in mind the average player does not have 300 % + drop.

    Nobody that I know of plays in a group outside of doing your dailies.
    Party play in general is slower except in extremely niche situations (something Nexon should fix) and isn't worth using.
    It will also slow down your Yeti times since other players kills do not count towards filling the gauge.

    As far as my personal character stuff, it's Mihile, 275, 9k+ Legion and Symbols are a moot point since I'm not grinding in an area affected by them.
    Grandis uses an entirely different symbol system which won't mean anything to you unless you're 260+, but for those I'm at 210 Sacred Force.
    That said I could be getting Yeti to activate much faster on both this character and lower level characters who can clear maps faster.
    It only takes around 500 mobs to activate Yeti, so based on some quick math for the 8 activates within 3 hours you're probably spending a lot of time switching maps, doing quests, or other things that take away from actual mobbing, or you're doing something seriously wrong like farming mobs outside of your range.

    You should be killing things that can be killed in one or two shots if at all possible, sometimes this isn't possible but you want to maximize kills over individual mob EXP.
    This is going to require going into areas that are a much lower level than yourself sometimes.
    My advice would be to do a BA (Battle Analysis) and test in a map for 6 minutes (Multiply by 10 for hourly rates) and test several maps like this.
    Grind on whatever map ends up suiting your Meso/EXP requirements.
    For the purpose of kill event quests you can go up to 20 levels below your level (So 235 works down to 215 mobs) and use that to cap if you need.

    I actually ONLY play using hyper teleport rocks so i spend no time switching maps , when doing dailies I accept them all then teleport to the maps and 9/10 times they are empty. I 1 shot most mobs on all my characters now that i got legion. I do need to do BA on more maps to see which is better hourly.

    ya your way more ahead of me Fuhreak XD...i'am at 2.4k legion power

    i'am doing 5 set of arcane river dailies( lvl 201 char, 206, 212, 227, 235) a day
    + bosses on 9 of my chars for mesos(take a good chunk of time for bosses since most of them take roughly 5-8 mins each currently

    Norm Zak(instant death)
    Chaos Horntail(5-8 mins)
    Easy&Normal Arkarium(most of them are on normal)(5-8 mins for normal)...2-3 min for easy ones
    Normal Pink Bean(5-8 mins) per char

    for my more advanced chars
    Hard Ranmaru(X2)
    Normal Magnus(X2)
    Hard Von Leon(X3)

    if that explain why i'am not hard mobbing like you
    gotta keep mesos flow incoming to upgrade the orbs + dailies require to upgrade orbs

    edit: other stuff i forgot to mention thats on my list
    Thread of Fate: talk to each npc daily(1 min per char)(gotta keep that +16-18 ATK buff active)
    Fuse Items at Ardent Mill to net more Charm,Willpower from bosses items(like 2 horntail necklace for example give a new one for more charm)
    Consuming Traits on equips looted
    wtv left of my remaining time is use to give progress on lowby char///work on new char to power up my Legion power
