Brief bug summary: Magic Whetstones are a Craftsman-level Smithing recipe, but do not count towards the "[Smithing] Rare Equipment Crafter" achievement (Craft 100 Craftsman or Meister-level Smithing items)

More details:

Magic Whetstones did count towards the achievement prior to the Destiny update (Summer 2022) and the bug was introduced some time between now and then. A similar bug exists for Magic Emerstones and the Accessory Crafting achievement. However, unlike Accessory Crafting, there is no alternative way to obtain the Smithing Achievement. The only other Craftsman/Meister-level recipes are Meister weapons and Kataras, but it is infeasible to craft 100 of them due to the extreme scarcity of Dream Fragments.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Unlock "[Smithing] Rare Equipment Crafter" by completing "[Smithing] Beginner Equipment Crafter", "[Smithing] Intermediate Equipment Crafter", and "[Smithing] High Quality Equipment"

2. Note the achievement progress: it should be 0/100

3. Reach Craftsman or higher in Smithing and craft a Magic Whetstone

4. The achievement progress remains at 0/100
