Links SKills Cost rework

currently it cost 60 millon to transfer all 12 links skills(17 if there multi Cygnus and 2 Pirate Links which raise cost to 85 Mil) to a new char(360-510 millions if someone were to do 10 transfer)...thats way excessive and could use a rework...alternatively get rid of the cost entirely

although here my suggestion for link transfer 5-10
0-4k Legion power prices 20k per transfer instead of 5 million)(that would average to 240k - 340k mesos total per additional character(from 1.4 Million up to 2 million total)
4k-8k legion power prices 35k per transfer instead of 5 million)(that would average to 420k - 595k mesos total per additional character(from 2.5 Million up to 3.6 million total)
8k+ legion power prices 60k per transfer instead of 5 million)(that would average to 720k - 1000k mesos total per additional character(from 4.3 Million up to 6.1 million total)

ppl with highter mesos generation should have its cost increase some and its easy to assume that high legion lvl equal strong mesos generation

but 5 million per link skill was completly bunker with no thought given :S

hopefully the system get some modification and i believe i chosen fair prices if mesos sinking is to stay

may have some feedback again in the futur but i should get going to meet in-game dedlines for the event stuff

All this system really does it punish people who play the game Nexon designed (multiple characters heavily encouraged) and don't have the time to spread out when they do each character.
I'd prefer to see the system changed to be completely free like legion.
