Marvel spins and MVP

I wonder if the spins we bought on Marvel would be counted to MVP as well? I thought it should be counted after the last marvel and after this maintenance. As I checked How much MVP should spent to maintain my MVP rank after today's maintenance ( 2023/08/30), it hasn't been added yet.
