Bug type: Event glitch - missing drops
Brief bug summary: Secret Ticket stopped dropping before I reached 400

More details: I switched character to do my dailies after gathering about 230 tickets, but then I was unable to gain any more, it stopped dropping.

Steps to reproduce: Reach 201 ticket on sunday where it's x2, then switch character.

Character name: NighterWalkz

Character level: 251

Character job: Night Walker

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: September 3rd - 19:46 (EDT)
