Ranmaru not working

I've completed the (Ranmaru) Call of Princess Sakuno: Stop Ranmaru Mori quest on 2023/07/08 and am now unable to fight the boss, it says I have not completed this quest.
Any help is appreciated.

    try disbanding party and remake it....worked for me and my friend when that glitch occured to both of us
