Unity Center Entrance Training Charm - how to use?

I got the charm.
I was not able to find a way to use it.
Searching here, I found a message about it that says:
"If you enter the Mu Lung Dojo and speak with So Gong, he'll give you an option to enter the Unity Training Center, which allows you to earn EXP at a slow rate simply by leaving your character online."
BUT when I speak with So Gond, I do not see the option to enter the Unity Training Center.
it provides me with 2 options:
1. I'd like to use the Mu Lung Dojo
2. I'd like to use the Fog Forest Training grounds.

Neither has a way to use the charm.
What am I missing here?

    Hello you do the following:

    Click So Gong
    Press "I´d like to use the Mu Lung Dojo"
    3rd option from bottom:
    "I´d like to enter the Unity Training Center"

    And if you have the ticket that should get you inside =)
