White Screen Crash after P1 Lucid Battle and Quest

After fighting P1 Normal Lucid battle and the animation plays to go to P2, my screen turns white (timer still ticks down) and I crash.
-> Reboot Kronos -> Character: Ruhia -> Hero -> Lvl 265

I had this white screen crash occur twice when going through the Living Spring questline (The Second Memory) on my hyperburn today as well. The animation after clicking on the glass NPC made my screen white and crash. It also somehow made my internet disconnect as well for all occurrences.
-> Reboot Kronos -> Character: Petrella -> Bishop -> Lvl 236
