Sol Erdas and Fragments

Could there be a possible system to break down Sol Erdas for fragments? I for one, may be the only one, have had my sol erdas capped for weeks now and can't do anything with them due to skills requiring so many fragments. Now at first this wasn't an issue however the further you go into progressing skills, the more frags you need while the sol erdas are currently still low on requirements. This is based off my situation and again I may be the only one. Most of my skills are sitting around lv9 and lv10. Recently I've ran into a drought of fragments. No matter how much my DR is, I'm barely seeing any fragments. Due to the lack of fragments, my sol erda has remained maxed out for weeks now and I'm basically not able to farm energies anymore due to being capped. Even the energies from the daily quest are going to waste. Again I know the system is still new but I think its flawed. So I think it would benefit us to either allow for sol erdas to be broken down for fragments, increase fragment drop rate or adjust the required Erdas and Fragments for the skills to level. I could understanding needing a lot closing in on 30 but around lv10 needing as much as you do is a bit excessive. I get nexon is milking content and trying to drag things out but seems a bit excessive in my opinion.
