Changes to sol erda booster package

Sol erda booster only gives 4 frags a day and 20 every 6 days but it costs 30k nx. Since we already get 12 frags a day from daily, either increase the booster frag to 12 per day and keep the same price or cut the price to 10k (1/3) and give 4 frags a day. 30k for 4 frags is a rip off.
