Suggestion, if not a question about the EXP gauge

Is there a way to turn off the EXP gauge on the display screen? It may sound ridiculous to people but I get annoyed when I see that there is too little EXP received after finishing a quest or mobbing, to me personally it affects my gameplay and would improve my gameplay if I don't see the discouraging change in the EXP bar. I am thinking if I don't see the EXP bar, I won't notice how little the EXP increases, my mental won't be affected by making a judgement to how meaningful I am spending my time, and I can really just focus on what I do, either be enjoying a story quest (fully immersing myself into the game environment; music, plots, etc) or just fully focusing on finishing a gathering quest. Hopefully this makes sense and I get some meaningful answers. Thank you
