no longer apply as of the picnic patch(2024-03-20)

either that or the dps increase doesn't appear to change the dmg range in the UI

so either broke or its just a display issue problem....too lazy to actually test the dmg range while fighting

....so if anyone less lazy than me could confirm which of the 2 is the issue would be nice

Combat Power is the part that dont increase when using it

the dmg range show an increase and so does the Damages %

my bad for missing the specific
its strange nonetheless that combat power dont show an increase while dmg range and dmg % does show one
