Unable to complete find fanzy quest for Lynn

I already finisehd all of the Ellinel fairy Academy quest but under my quest, I'm still seeing [Theme Dungeon] Ellinel Fairy Academy:
Find Fanzy in Ellinia
so I went to Fanzy at Giant Tree and click fanzy to complete but it doesn't do anything.
Can't forfeit this quest neither.
Is this a bug only for Lynn?
