Make Interactive Worlds worth playing in

Compared to heroic worlds, interactive worlds don't give much incentive to be played in. Only players who have legacy items that were removed have a leg up. Star enforcing isn't cheaper and cubes cost real money. Since the meso change isn't going through, give interactive worlds something to make it worthwhile to stay too. Tradability is hardly even there since everything useful becomes untradeable. Even if you add back frenzy totems it wouldn't be close to enough to make it worth playing in interactive servers over heroic worlds.
