More details:

I just want to know if this normal.
I made Angelic Buster as of Hyper Burning + Tera Link.
After I reach 200 I noticed that I was getting 2 same rewards (COME BACK BATTLE GROUND IDOL and Hyper Burning)
so, I deleted cuz I didnt wanted to waste same rewards on same character cuz I only have 3k legion and wanted to train other character with hyper burning reward.
After I deleted the Angelic Buster, Hyper Burning and Tera link has been resetted so I was able to use it on other character.
However, COME BACK BATTLE GROUND IDOL for angelic buster was not resetted so even though I am only lvl 22, I was able to claim lvl 200 rewards. Let me know if this is normal or not.
