Solis - Familiars problem - important!

In our server we struggle with getting good familiar + potential,
the reason is we don't have red ticket's for reset potential, so every time we need to make new familiar for new potential,
the thing is its not 100% to upgrade the rarity of familiar, so sometime you try to upgrade to unic and its not success 8 time's before upgrade success,
as well the potential will be probably bad, and you not have option to reroll it.
And you find yourself stuck and suffer at some point of your game in some arcane river up and not progressing, because you just stuck and not making progress in game .
a lot of people from my server Solis will agree with mine complain.
Please fix that thing. Begin you.
