Bowmaster's Enchanted Quiver should be a toggle

Enchanted Quiver lets Bowmasters lock their quiver to the currently active arrow type for 30 seconds, with a 30 seconds cooldown, you cannot cycle arrows manually or right click it to cancel it while it's active.
Accidental locks to the wrong arrow type are quite annoying, and having to stop attacking to activate the skill again gets irritating (to a point where half of the bowmasters I know just don't use it).

I believe that making the skill a toggle would make it more enjoyable to use and more productive since we wouldn't have to mash the key when the duration is almost over in an attempt to immediately activate it again.

Another option is to make the passive make all arrows infinite at Enchanted Quiver max level, so we'd simply cycle manually to pick the arrow type we'd like to use.
