Official Discord Feedback Thread part 2

I recently learned from a peer that the official MapleStory Discord has introduced a system similar to the MS2 Discord, allowing individuals who were banned to appeal their bans after six months. Given that my own ban falls within this timeframe, I reached out to inquire whether it could be appealed.

However, despite multiple attempts to contact the team, none of my requests have been answered or addressed promptly. I am left wondering if other players, whether they were banned unjustly like me or for valid reasons, are experiencing the same lack of response. Regardless of the reason for the ban, there should be a clear and accessible way for community members to communicate with the team—whether through forums, Discord, or other channels—to resolve these issues.

I’m posting this as a suggestion because I believe many others have encountered similar communication problems, and I want to bring this to light. As community members, we should have avenues to reach out to the team for assistance with in-game issues or concerns, whether through forums, Discord, or other platforms.

Additionally, as a follow-up to my previous feedback, I’d like to continue the conversation with anyone who has encountered similar issues. Suppose direct messages on Discord or forum posts are not an effective means of communication. In that case, I suggest implementing a system like Google Forms or another tool that would make it easier for players to contact the Community Managers for specific assistance.

Lastly, if anyone has other issues or suggestions they would like to discuss, please feel free to share them in this "Part 2" of the feedback thread. Remember, feedback isn’t a criticism but a way to collaboratively improve the experience for all players.
